§ 229-21. Alcoholic beverages.

A.
The consumption, distribution or sale of alcoholic liquors or beverages, including beer or wine, and the bringing of such items into any park is hereby prohibited, except when a permit has been granted by the Village Clerk.

B.
The Village Clerk shall not grant such a permit as authorized in Subsection A above unless satisfactory proof of liability insurance is presented to the Clerk, in an amount to be determined by the Clerk, by the person requesting such permit to consume alcohol in a park.
